In just two hours, the Tuscan hills give way to the dynamic landscapes of Emilia-Romagna, where innovation and passion for speed reign supreme. Settle into your elegant hotel in Modena city centre, perfectly placed to explore the town’s refined charm and culinary heritage. Visit the MU.SA – Museum of Italian Charcuterie for a gourmet lunch featuring regional specialties. In the afternoon, visit the prestigious Acetaia Malpighi for a guided tasting of exquisite, aged balsamic vinegars. During your visit, learn about the ancient process of crafting “black gold” through generations of family tradition, followed by a guided tasting of exquisite, aged vinegars. Day 9 - To the Sparkling Hills of Valdobbiadene: Depart Treviso for Valdobbiadene, the heart of Prosecco country.
